Refund and Returns Policy

Event policies

Payment policy

If you are registering of a event, payment is due now. If transferring money internationally please ensure that you add the international transaction fee to your payment.

Confirmations and invoices

A invoice/confirmation will be e-mailed once your registration has been processed. All prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD).

Registration cancellation policy
For the event, cancellations that are notified in writing before published date for cancellations, will be eligible for a refund less 25%. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for any refund, however another person may participate in your place.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Taxes and fees associated with card payments or bank transfer

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your cancellation is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Contact: meetings@accionalianza.com

Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised, if applicable, to take out personal insurance, including coverage for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither the Organizing Committee nor Event Organizer covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the event or for theft or damage to belongings.
It is the responsibility of each registrant to acquire all necessary travel documents to attend the event and activities, if applicable.

Event cancellation or postponement

The members of the Organizing Committee and event Organizer do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the workshop being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this workshop inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible. An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency. In the event an event is cancelled due to any cause, even the ones which respond to fortuitous case or force majeure, there shall not be any right to perform claims  for returns or reimbursements. All available funds, after cancellation expenses, will be credited towards a future workshop held by the hosting organization.
